About the program
An immersive 8–10 week summer internship where you are staffed as a full member of a case team. The program starts with one week of intensive training, followed by real client work where you own a distinct piece of a project.
Roles and Responsibilities of a Summer Associate:
Study the client, the market, and specific business problems through rigorous data gathering and modelling.
Develop insights and collaborate with the team to solve challenging strategic questions.
Present findings and share analysis directly with case team leadership and occasionally clients.
Work closely with consultants and managers to drive results for the case.
Required qualifications and skills:
Outstanding ability to work in teams and build relationships.
Ability to understand how businesses make decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable findings
