Program Overview:

The UBS Women’s Insight Program is a two-day immersive experience designed to provide university students with early exposure to investment banking and the financial services industry.

You’ll gain a real insight into what a career in Global Banking looks like, while receiving professional training, mentorship and direct exposure to senior leaders. The program is designed to help elevate your personal brand, build technical understanding and prepare you to become internship-ready.

You’ll be working with the Global Banking team in Melbourne, which provides coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions to corporate, financial institution and sponsor clients.

Successful penultimate candidates may be eligible for early offers for the 2026-27 Summer Internship Program.

• Personal branding and career readiness development

Target Audience:

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Are currently in pre-penultimate or penultimate year

• Have a curious mindset and strong drive

• Demonstrate resilience, accountability and integrity

• Thrive in collaborative environments

• Come from diverse degree backgrounds (all majors welcome)
