Program Overview:
As a Summer Associate, you will join Bain & Company on a summer-long paid internship to understand the exciting life of a strategy consultant. This program presents you with the opportunity to join a case team doing real client work, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and skills. This also presents the opportunity to network with those in your office. If you are successful during this program, you could be offered a full-time role.
Target Audience:
MBA and Advanced Degree Candidates (e.g., JD, PhD, MD)
The Summer Associate program is structured for full-time students with a designated summer/internship break in the summer prior to graduation.
Our Australia Entry-level Consultant position is open to students graduating in 2026 and able to commence full-time work in 2027.
Must be deadline driven, organised and able to multi-task
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are important
Fluency in English
