Program Overview:

As an Entry-Level Consultant, you will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. Project-related activities ensure that you gain hands-on experience and acquire relevant skills while also learning how to assess various issues and structure effective solutions.

The role follows an apprenticeship model, meaning you will be supplemented with formal training alongside mentorship from experienced colleagues, helping to quickly develop essential client-management and collaborative skills, among others.

Target Audience:

• Students in their final year of University with an interest in consulting - no specific academic majors are required

• Our Australia Entry-level Consultant position is open to students graduating from 2026 and able to commence full-time work in 2027.

• Must be deadline driven, organised and able to multi-task

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are important

• Fluency in English
